Needed someone to pickup a car from Newcastle docks for me. I live over 200 miles away and came across Ben at Carrolls. Picked up car same day and looked after for me for a couple of days whilst I arranged collection.
Extremely trust worthy and professional service, so glad I came across them.

I have 2 year old Yaris Cross Hybrid that wouldn't start this morning due to a flat battery. My RAC cover didn't have Home Start so they wanted £161 to come out. A neighbour tried to restart using a powerpack, my son came with jump cables but neither worked. Mechanic from Carrols came and had me sorted in 5 minutes after a false start. Turns out you need to put the earth cable to a specific bolt in front of the fuse unit rather than car frame. I know for next time. Great company very reasonable price at only £80 and friendly helpful mechanic. Came within the hour as promised and got me running again in minutes. Thank you.

Recovery of my father-in-laws car What a first class service, would highly recommend this company, I would use this company to recover my car without hesitation. From phone call to car being at my father-in-laws house took just over one hour. And very friendly staff a credit to the company.
